I hereby acknowledge, accept and confirm the below terms and conditions:

I am at least 20 years of age and not exceeding 65 years of age, with driving experience of at least 1 claim-free year on the relevant classes of driving license.
I will use the car in Singapore only.
I will be driving during the entire loan period.
No other person is allowed to drive except for the above mentioned.
Loan period is up to 20-minutes only.
I will return the vehicle to Komoco Motors at the stipulated time and location.
I will be fully responsible for the vehicle and all traffic offences and/or violations during the period stated above.
The vehicle shall be kept in a reasonable state of cleanliness and repair and shall be returned in the same state (fair wear and tear expected) as at the start of the loan period.
All reasonable precautions and care shall be taken to ensure the vehicle's safety when not in use and to assure it is not lost or damaged.
Any unauthorized use of the vehicle may invalidate or void the vehicle's motor insurance policy and, in this event, I shall be wholly liable and responsible for all direct and indirect losses and damages suffered by Komoco as a consequence.
I shall be responsible for all running costs of the vehicle during the loan period.
In the event of an accident, I will amongst others, be fully responsible for:

Excess of $1,500 (before GST) for car loss or damage to Komoco Motors Pte Ltd for each and every accident during the period of my use, also subject to windscreen excess of $500.
Additional excess of $2,500 (before GST) imposed for authorised drivers who do not fall under the clause no. 1 of this declaration.
All other cost and charges which are not covered under insurance in respect to the accident.

I will indemnify Komoco Motors Pte Ltd for any damages or losses arising hereunder, for so long as the vehicle is understood to be on loan to me, and to release Komoco Motors Pte Ltd for any claims or liability whatsoever and however or whenever arising from or relating to the loaning of the vehicle to me.
Komoco Motors Pte Ltd shall have full recourse against me, and I agree to be responsible for, any damages or losses should I not adhere to these terms and conditions.
The vehicle is in working condition and will be returned to Komoco Motors Pte Ltd in the same condition. Except as stated below, the vehicle is free from external blemishes. Any damages identified upon return of the vehicle are my responsibility.
Before you start, please note that this car is equipped with GPS tracking and in-car recording to safeguard the safety interests of you (test-driver) and Komoco Motors Pte Ltd. Footages will be deleted after 5 days.
